Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If it has been 14 days since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund.
If you select local pickup, please pick the order up within 30 days of your order being placed. For Pre-orders please pick the product up within 30 days of receiving the store pickup notification email.
Your order will be considered Abandoned after 30 days and the product returned back our shelves for other customers. If this happens your order will be marked as fulfilled and exempt from a refund. We understand that Life happens and sometimes you will not be able to make it in a timely manner. We get that, just send us over an email and we will hold your order for you past the 30 days.
