Born 2 Game is owned and operated by Born 2 Game, LLC. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through our website at https://www.born2gamellc.com and in-store at Born 2 Game.

Our Return and Refund Policy is part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to update or change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
 

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Born 2 Game, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a sealed product purchased from our website or in-store, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date, excluding pre-ordered items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery or purchase of the product.
 

Please Note: Singles (individual cards) purchased cannot be returned. Only sealed products are eligible for returns.
 

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The full name of the person who placed the order or made the purchase is provided.

  • The order number (for online purchases) or receipt (for in-store purchases) is included.

  • Sealed products are returned in their original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).

  • The return is accompanied by the invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
     

Please note:

  • For online returns, any item you accept and then return remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the products being returned. Please package the product securely.

  • Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable for online purchases.

  • Born 2 Game reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our Return and Refund Policy. Non-compliant returns may be shipped back to you at your own cost.

 

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
 

We strive to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, whether purchased online or in-store, you may request an exchange for the same item or a refund. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for online purchases. If you request a refund, the value of the original shipment (for online purchases) will also be refunded.
 

Please include the following information when contacting us:

  • The full name of the person who placed the order or made the purchase.

  • The order number (for online purchases) or receipt number (for in-store purchases).

  • Proof of damage or defect (photo or video for online purchases; in-store returns can be inspected on-site).
     

4. EVENT TICKET REFUNDS

Tickets purchased for events can be refunded up until 1 week before the event starts. After that, no refund is available.
 

5. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once we receive and accept your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense (for online purchases). If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed via the original payment method, with return shipping costs deducted from the refund amount (for online purchases). If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
 

6. EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS/CANCELLATION

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Singles (individual cards), items on sale, pre-ordered items, or items subject to promotions.

  • Gift cards.
     

If you wish to change or cancel your online order, please contact us immediately. Only orders that are still in processing and have not yet been shipped can be canceled. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot offer a cancellation.
 

7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)

Packages returned to us as undeliverable will not be automatically re-shipped. If you need to make changes to the delivery address or wish to have the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
